Presently we have it covered by the Caravan Club, but a quotation from Caravanguard is very competitive, giving me a saving of £130. Mel B Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 Personally I wouldn't go near them, we were with them once and then when we changed to another insurer Caravanguard were unable to provide confirmatoin of our no claims discount! We nearly lost 5 years worth and the only way we could get it was to go back to the insurer we had before Caravanguard and get it from them. Have you tried Safeguard? hallii Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 I had to drive about 170 miles round trip to deliver paperwork in person to Adrian Flux, the original got lost in the post, the recorded delivery (which they had signed for) "had not arrived", plus other admin problems. All my communications were done by phone and email, even down to receipt of the Certificate. My dealings with them were excellent. Just my opinion I know, Keith.
