Keithl
Brambles - 2011-01-04 4:24 PM Yes. I'll second that but just don't do a 'Recondition' cycle if your Ctek charger has the ability as it potentially raises the voltage above the safe limit for some car electrics. They are also safe to leave connected for long periods of time for example if you put the vehicle into storage. Keith.
Mike88
The instructions that came with my CTEK charger (I'm unsure of the model number) said that you could charge with the vehicle battery in situ. Were there such instructions with yours?
Brambles
If you go to this website for Ctek you will find out all you need to know. It explains how they work. Therare one or two sections were you need to select the model you have e.g. operation of buttons and what they do. http://www.ctek.com/eLearning/ Jon. p.s. sorry my last post was a bit brief.
