PJay
The metal shelves in my 5yr old MH fridge have got discoloured, the coating appears to have come off. I have taken them out and washed them in the dishwasher, hubby has also brushed them. Has any one had a simular problem ? If so what have you done? Can new ones be purchased? Or would it be OK to maybe spray paint them , with say Hammerite Paint ( if it comes in a spray can.) bit fiddly to paint with a brush. Thay are still usable of course, but would look nicer if thay were nice and shiney Fridge is a Dometic PJay
Corky 8
Hi,I have used spray on Stove enamel on the shelves of the fridge in the garage that I keep my fishing bait in ,and its lasted some years now, and I don't think its toxic once dry, a read of the Label would tell, but no longer have the tin , have a read of the labels on the tins in the hardware stores, I,m sure you will come up with something suitable,
Keithl
Hi Pauline, Have a look at Leisure Spares. They stock a lot of Dometic fridge spares but you'll need to know your model number which will probably be on a sticker inside the fridge. Keith.
