rolandrat
you need to double check the fuses with an avo meter if possible as you could possibly have a rogue fuse that might look ok but isn't. Also check that the fuse carrier is clean and free from corrosion. Good luck.
peterjl
Hi try and track back the earth connection to the chassis - probably a black cable if like my autotrail tracker - poor earth is a common fault with 12v systems. Good luck Peter
Manu
Big thanks Roland & Peter....tested all fuses prior to posting, all sorted now. It was a rogue connector, just underneath the back offside skirt right in the corner tucked away and well taped up....took it apart the wires fell out of one bit, corroded and green full of damp from rear wheel road muck ! Replaced with separate connectors....all working fine....one to remember for all, stupid place to put it in the first place Autotrail, rang them by the way, no help, "you need an auto electrician" Mike said, nooooooo really i replied. Thanks all gonna get a glass now ! Phil
