Will86 Posted March 22, 2014 Share Posted March 22, 2014 More for ips Tried the bed (1 of 2) today and it feels good, over 6 feet in length. There is great difficulty in operating the positioning levers in the side of the seats, the mechanism is very severe for old fingers so I made a steel lever that grips them and eases the movement. Its a LWB and the sideways elevating roof is heavy for an OAP. The only way that I can raise it is to stand on the seats and use my back. It sounds odd but works very well. Another snag is bumping my head on the roof cut-away when moving into the cab area so I positioned a length of soft pipe insulation along the edge.
