Peebee
I kept getting low battery alarm beep when putting on blown air heating. The battery that was low was the engine battery. Had a new engine battery fitted and still had same problem. Have now had new control panel costing hundreds of pounds and I still have the same problem. The 2 x 110 leisure batteries are only 4 yrs old. I am now baffled. Can anybody advise me please.
globebuster
Shouldn't you have checked the leisure batteries first?!?!
Peebee
I did check both leisure batteries and they both show full charge.
Keithl
Did you disconnect them and allow them to stand to then check voltage and hence SOC? If not do you have a solar panel or was the charger turned on at the time? Also if you have them wired in parallel and one has failed it will drag the other down but can still show as fully charged soon after taking off charge. Your blown air heating will ONLY run off your leisure batteries so that is definitely were you should be focusing your attentions. Keith.
