How long should a roof last? 20 years? But then recently I noticed some staining on top of my roof. I browsed and I found that its peak time for me to replace my roofs. In a blog that I read : http://www.empireroofingcorporation.com/6-warning-signs-you-need-a-new-roof/ clearly states that stains are a strong indication of roof damage.It also says that I should get them replaced. I do not know what to do? I had replaced them 6 years ago and I payed thousands of dollars for it. I'm thinking of consulting a roofer and get that clarified soon.Anyone had a similar experience.
