Any particular reason not to buy a recondiitoned "D" class MH?

Hello again, just to say we have decided not to go ahead. Like you have said too many unanswered questions and the owner not very forthright with answers. I'm going to write a new post asking for any recommendations for compacts MH with similar layout.... Any suggestions much appreciated and thank you once again!!!

Thank you. It was the lack of service history documentation and the different decals that sealed it.

Good luck Lucy with your new MH. Just wanted to add something, if the M.H. involved in a serious accident as so many here warned, it would be classed as A or B category, where A is the worst, then comes the less serious damage classed as C, and the minimum damage is classed as D. Therefor a D cat is nothing serious about it.
