Like you have said too many unanswered questions and the owner not very forthright with answers. I'm going to write a new post asking for any recommendations for compacts MH with similar layout.... Just wanted to add something, if the M.H. involved in a serious accident as so many here warned, it would be classed as A or B category, where A is the worst, then comes the less serious damage classed as C, and the minimum damage is classed as D.
