JTII
Hi, have had a trawl through the forums but not found anything which definitely says 'this is a great soft bristle brush and the extending pole doesn't leak at the joints'! Can anyone recommend a good quality soft bristle brush and/or a telescopic pole to go with it? The brush is more important... :-D Snowfoam - any experience of using it on coachbuilts? I know the consensus is not to use high power pressure washers for fear of disturbing the silicone seals but snow foam seems to be applied at a lower pressure and can be washed off with a garden hose. A lot of detailers swear by it so am keen to see how it might work on the motorhome - 2011 Elddis Autoquest. Thank you.
crocs
I use snow foam from Halfords and agitate with a long handled brush (don't know the brand). Works a treat.

John52
Whats the real purpose of the foam ? Reminds me of washing powders that produce no foam, so the manufacturer put something in it to make it foam - even though it has no effect on the performance - just for marketing because the consumer liked to see it *-) Like some vets used to put something on infected woulds that made colored smoke - did absolutely nothing but impressed gullible farm hands (lol)
John52
Can certainly recommend a long handled brush connected to a garden hose though. A brush is kindest to the paint because grit goes between the bristles instead of being held on the surface of a sponge or cloth like sandpaper - and the water flowing through the brush washes the grit away before it can do any damage.
