Also I never disputed how Texas came to be part of the modern day USA. What I did say was more relevant than your listing of some Texan lawyers academic achievements ....so I'll say it again:If you're so concerned about Texas and are saying it's about time it was handed back to mexico then where does it stop? Should the multitude of tribes that inhabited the lands pre 'Santa Anna's Mexico have their land back or should it go farther back and give it to the Spanish so then you could petition the Spanish to find a few Aztec descendents to hand it back to..............Should Vietnam be returned to North/South? ...........where would it all end is my question to what I consider to be a completely insane proposition.
