Actually the Broadcasting Standards Commission has ruled the word 'Chinky' is not offensive when used to describe a Chinese Meal

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinky.

But don't let that stop the Murdoch press using it to bash a Labour politician with.

Takes attention away from Prince Harry using words like 'Paki'

But then Prince Harry can get away with it because he doesn't need to bother with such things as elections, does he?

What has it got to do with BSC ??? .... It's down to a Chinese person to say wether Chinky is offensive .... If your going for an Indian you say Indian ... If it's Greek you say Greek ... If it's Italian it's Italian ... These horrible offensive names are old school and should have no place in our multicultural world ... All they do is stereotype , offend and cause division ... I'm sure Mr Corbyn will take measures

You have to keep telling people these 'Lefties' are 'Loony'. Or they might look at their policies, like bringing railways back into public ownership, and decide they are not so Loony after all 8-)

Absolutely but your comment was regarding Chinese food being called Chinky and I showed other eating options that don't get the same horrendous , racist , bigoted narrow minded little Englander treatment ... You wouldn't say I'm going for a British and shorten it to Brit would you ... Until we stop the horrible labelling of some we will never stamp out the vile racism that plagues our dear world

Rewarding electoral criminality with a job in a political office?  That's a real 100% rehabilitation outlook....or is it just plain 'stupid'?  The latter I reckon.
