How would Corbyn defeat Islamic fundamentalists? ;-) ..........

Oh I forgot he'd do a Neville 8-) ..........

......and give in >:-) ..........

Err no he would do what the Government says it will never do, and always does in the end - Negotiate with them.

As Thatcher said of the IRA'we don't negotiate with terrorists' (except her close friend Pinochet) and a fre years later Gerry adams and Martin McGuiness were in Downing Street every other day :-D

So when Corbyn talks to terrorists you can call him a 'terrorist sympathiser'

Unlike Donald Trump when he talks to Kim Jong Un.

For some reason thats different in your book *-)

It's different because Corbyn has already declared he would never use nukes, or any other military option *-) ...........

So his backstop position is....."Surrender" >:-) ........

I offered to go up on stage and do one of my anti Brexit songs but the organisers were concerned for my safety with the crowd being in the main from Brexit central Bridlington (lol) Oh what a moment that would have been. I had the scooter ready back stage but they weren't having any of it. :'(

Never mind. Here is the best anti Brexit song ever.

I'm sure many of us are old enough to remember the song Ramona - well here is a version just for Barry and the Begrudgers -

Remoaners, they're always moaning all day long

Remoaners, they're singing out the same old song

You bore us, ignore us, we curse the way you say that you care

We'll always remember the way that you moan in utter despair

Remoaners, when day is done you'll hear us singing

Remoaners, just wait and see what Brexit's bringing

We relish the day when we awake and you are gone

Remoaners, please try a day with a moan

I would like to think that we would never use nukes regardless of who is in power as the whole idea is to deter others which us having nukes has done for many years. We will never know, and that is the whole point.

Not having the nuclear option does send an equally clear message to those who would damage the UK and personally I would prefer we keep the nuclear option regardless of monetary cost as the true cost of not having it hopefully we will never learn.

Do you lock your doors when you leave home or do you trust everyone else to behave themselves?

You need to think beyond that overly-simplistic view. With all the false alarms https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/jul/16/nuclear-war-north-korea-russia-what-will-happen-how-likely-explained we have come closer to being attacked through having nuclear weapons.

Difficult one. I agree to a point but also have mixed feelings. Ideally it would be total nuclear disarmament but that's never going to happen. I don't agree with certain countries playing 'worlds policeman' in deciding who should not have nuclear whilst they themselves are rammed to the hilt with the damn things. I think the days when folk used to leave their doors unlocked or open have also long gone, even in rural areas now. More a matter of insurance than anything though i get your point!

Having spent almost 30 years working in defence i'm aware of it's importance but few knew that more 'live' munitions were used outside of any war than in, the one exception being Falklands where UK came very close to actually running out of stock.

Corbyn's backstop position is don't invade other countries in the first place.

He tried to stop the illegal invasion of Iraq, (voting against his party and consigning himself to the backbenches)

But the Tory backed Blairites more concerned with their own careers and maintaining their expense fiddles took no notice, invaded Iraq, which has only increased terrorism and encouraged Kim Jong Un to go nuclear :-(

As far as I'm aware, being able to leave your doors unlocked only happens in egalitarian societies where everyone has about the same.

Its never going to happen under s Government promoting extremes of wealth and poverty.

It's true, if Corbyn gets in we'll all have the same - we'll all have nothing - rob those who got off their backsides and give to the idle who are, after all, the victims of a cruel capitalist world.

Yeah, that will work, that will create a fair country where effort is rewarded and revenue is generated to pay for it all.
