snail
Hi, does anyone know 100% if the motorhome day parking at Burnham on sea is still available, i am talking about the carpark by what was morrisons opposite the tourist office and lifeboat station. I have emailed the tourist office a week ago but no reply? Thinking of the carnival visit next week, any other parking available 7.5 metres long? GJH
You would probably be better off contacting the council's parking office. There is an e-mail address and phone number for Property Services at https://www.sedgemoor.gov.uk/article/1303/Car-parking-in-Sedgemoor

snail
Thank you Graham for your positive answer that's good news as they were talking of doing away with it when Morrisons closed? Thanks Brian
breakaleg
we were there a couple of weeks ago and it is still there. Morrison's have gone and it's wilco now, so don't plan to do your shopping there. Asda in Highbridge or Aldi and Tesco in Burnham. Pete

snail
Yes I watched the lost railways and last night it was all about the Bristol channel paddle steamers that stopped at Weston birnbeck pier, I went on one as a boy sailed to clovelly and had to get into rowing boats to go ashore, also the Clyde steamers were on as well!
