So he was living in a area he couldn't afford to? :-S ......... Who's fault is that? :-| ........ He was living in a poor part of Manchester, presumably because thats where his job used to be. So who's fault is it that he has no assets, no savings, no insurances, and no pension? :-S ........ I had insurance for just such an eventuality right up until to two years ago when I retired, I started paying for it when I got a low paid job driving buses, as that was the responsible thing to do ;-) .........
