Probably not as the police have already said they are having nothing to do with the check points so it will no doubt lead to British troops being deployed which will escalate into violence. A peoples vote once all options are clear......eg; this is what you will get by remaining and 2) this is what you'll get if you leave, so everyone can clearly see. There is clearly no mandate for it.
