I don't need to disprove that hard work = a comfortable life ;-) ..........

All you're trying to prove is that the idle are entitled to the same life as me :-| ........

But as is clear from your many years spent on here, and the many details that you have posted over those years, your current "comfortable life", has only come about due to the patience and generosity of both your wife and of her parents..

(i.e. Living in Father-in-law's motorhome / Wife's state pension / Mother-in-law's driveway to live on (and now rental income form Mother-in-law's bungalow?....)

..and for you to keep trying to claim that it is all down to you, is not only a nonsense but a great disservice to your wife and her family..

(and I doubt for one minute that your wife's Father could've dreamt that ,3 decades later, his daughter's husband would have her living full-time in the motorhome he had given them...!)

Pelmetman? Parasiteman would be far more accurate *-)

It's the internet ( and this forum in your case ) that has been keeping files on you - same as it does on everyone else.

I'm surprised that your " gut feeling ' didn't let you know.

You......if as you claim you "spent £40k on building A garage". And what about all these other 'garageS' you claim to have built? *-)

You remind me of a bloke i used to work with who'd flown Lancasters, solo of course, to rebuilding a co-workers engine (we all warned him of the looming peril but he didn't listen), only to be handed a bag of nuts and bolts after the 'rebuild' and told they were 'left over' and his engine didn't need them. *-)

I just wanna know what kind of Garage adds £80K to the value of a house. does it have a fecking Bar in it and Pole Dancers and sh1t?

Prolly one thats big enough for multiple work uses Barry or changing to an annex ... Ive not been here long but it seems to me more than 1 or 2 members are obsessed with Dave ... Some obviously keep files on him taking their obsession just that stage further ... Nowt funnier than some folk

Have you not heard? Parasiteman is hosting the next Tory party conference in his garage and he has had to fill it with the leadership contenders drugs of choice.

Apparently Liam Fox has been told to prioritise a trade deal with Columbia.

But you didn't as even you have pointed out, your full time business didn't provide many full time jobs and closed after you sold the company's Transit for £2,000 to buy your yacht. Your "wealth" is based on the luck of raising property prices, not through any entrepreneurial spirit.

Whereas my business directly employs fourteen staff and has a further fifty two worker's employed by others in our premises, when I leave at the end of September those businesses will continue. In consequence the contribution the EU grant made to developing the business has been repaid many times over - that's how economies grow.

You've just said you invested £40,000 - you think the tradesmen dined out for months on your generosity?

Our site has had £4 million invested in it - that's how you turn around economies not by making a couple of curtains with three part time staff working for you.

Just saying.
