More whataboutery. When you going to condemn what Prez Donald said then? He is the president of the United States. You think its ok for him to come out with blatantly racist stuff like this?

How was it racist? :-S ..........

Seems to me he was telling folk who don't like the country they live in, should move to one they do like :-| .........

Makes perfect sense to me ;-) ..........

If Corbyn got in I'd be off like a shot 8-) .........

I dont think that is quite what he said though is it as you well know.

Its the old "Why don't you just go back where you came from?" racist insult isnt it?

The question does not always appear in those exact words but that is what it was. You know it, I know it, the world knows it but if you dont condemn him for it your as bad as he is.

I know that you Socialists cant stand Trump ;-) ...........

I cant stand Socialists so I prolly am as bad as he is B-) ..........

"You socialists"? I'm not a socialist. "You can't stand socialists" though? What all of them? You dont have to be a socialist to dislike Trump. You just have to not be a moron. (lol)

A tirade of "Whataboutery" there Mr Birdfeed". Why have you not condemned the racist comments from the President instead? I know you are a supporter but surely you are appalled by him publicly calling for American born black people to go home to their own country. Its a bit 1970's NF isnt it? Thats National Front by the way not Nigel Farage (although to be fair, same thing really). (lol)

Antony just hates what Trump hates, so to Antony, Trump has no hate. Two hates make one love! Synergy, innit? :-D

Perhaps those who don't like living in America should swap places with those who'd love to live there ;-) ......

I don't think any of the people, that Trump is attacking, have said they don't like living in America - they just don't like the way that Trump is running it.

If you don't like the way that the Tories are running the U.K. you shouldn't be expected to leave the country - you just vote for someone else.

:-| :-|

Neither of the Trumpettes will 'get it' because they don't want to. They are Trump zealots so all reasoning flew out the window long ago.

They might just 'get it' if David Lammy MP or Sadiq Khan was this countries PM and went off on a twitter rant directed at Tweedledum and Tweedledee telling them, "why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came." Thats Trump racist "logic".

Trumps tweets were racist bigotry and he further fanned the flame by publicly stating it later outside the WH to a news crew.

Congressman Jim Himes explains Trumps trope perfectly here;

Another point raised is the possibility of misdirection and 'burying bad news'. Trump aide Kellyanne Conway defied an order to appear before Congress to testify over 'repeated violations of law' prompting threats to hold her in contempt.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/kellyanne-conway-subpoena-congress-testimony-trump-house-oversight-committee-a9006216.html

The other 'bad news' is the Epstein sex trafficking case which has just begun.

That's a ridiculous deflection.

All four Congresswomen are democratically elected politicians. They disagree with Trump's policies....they are Democrat after all though some Rep politicians disagree with his policies too, they aren't afraid to challenge those policies, but Trump being the thin skinned delicate snowflake and not a skilled politician, doesn't like that. He expects, wants and craves adulation.....not opposition which, after all is the job of any decent Democrat politician.

Trumps narcissism extends to regularly taking to Twitter to praise himself. If Mussolini was alive today, he'd be tweeting every hour of the day reminding his adherents how 'great' he is.

Under our semi-democratic voting system the minority has always accepted the results of our general elections - but that doesn't mean the losers are required to like the result.

That's because it was a referendum - not a general election - so there is very little / no chance of reversing the result in 5 years time.

IF it was a bad idea to leave -and we won't know that for a few years yet - we will be stuck with the result either way.

Personally I've still not heard of ANY day to day benefits of leaving - but I will live in hope.

On TV recently - Boris said that after we have left things will be fantastic ( no details of course - but I will just have to trust his word for it ). At least that is something I can look forward to.

We spend five years "bitching about the result" between GE's.....that's what opposition is about in a democracy and those not happy with the result, at least know they have five years to make a convincing case for election.

But Brexit was never about just five years.....it's for life, and it's already wrecked many peoples lives before UK has even left. Yet you expect Remain voters to go away and shut up. That's sheer arrogance.

I was trying to explain to you the difference between a general election every five years - and a one off referendum - as you apparently don't know the difference.

I haven't complained about the result of the referendum - I wasn't even really surprised by it - so what exactly are you telling me to " get over " ???

Perhaps those who don't like living in America should swap places with those who'd love to live there ;-) ......

I don't think any of the people, that Trump is attacking, have said they don't like living in America - they just don't like the way that Trump is running it.

If you don't like the way that the Tories are running the U.K. you shouldn't be expected to leave the country - you just vote for someone else.

:-| :-|

You mean its the minority who aren't happy and are incapable of accepting what the Majority voted for? ;-) .........

Under our semi-democratic voting system the minority has always accepted the results of our general elections - but that doesn't mean the losers are required to like the result.

:-|

Agreed......But I can't recall a time when they ever spent 3 years continually bitching about the result *-) ........

That's because it was a referendum - not a general election - so there is very little / no chance of reversing the result in 5 years time.

Get over it Malc *-) ........I've had to wait 40 years to get a vote :-| .......

I was trying to explain to you the difference between a general election every five years - and a one off referendum - as you apparently don't know the difference.

I haven't complained about the result of the referendum - I wasn't even really surprised by it - so what exactly are you telling me to " get over " ???

(?)

Seems not as he's "had to wait 40 years to get a vote". I've been able to vote every five years since 18. :-S

Anyway Pelmets just deflecting the thread away from some uncomfortable 'bad news' about his boyfriends love flame.

Until a few months prior to June 2016 there was never as much as a pip squeak out of you about the EU.

My mistake ;-) ........I thought you'd got off the fence :D ........

.....

I've never been on the fence - as you well know I voted remain.

Accepting the result doesn't put me on any " fence ".

( Although I accept that it is just one of your hilarious tag lines when you can't argue your case - along with " just sayin' " of course ).

;-)

So how do you feel 3 years after the vote and the UK economy is doing great despite what the Remoaner brigade have predicted? ;-) ........

Just Askin? :D ......

I'm frustrated that every time I turn on the TV news they are still discussing Brexit - instead of reporting ' news '

As for predictions : We will have to wait a few years to see who was right about the ' benefits ' of leaving ( still haven't heard any yet ).

I find your obsession with watching the pound go up or down every day is rather pointless - it's the future that counts.

:-|

Incidentally - if you have found it so unpleasant living in an EU country for so many years - why haven't you moved to a country outside it ?

Were the Remoaner brigade right about "Their predictions" that following a Vote to Leave the UK would enter an "immediate recession", and 3 years after the Vote we would have 860,000 job losses? ;-) .........

Seeing as Spain has been a net benefactor of our EU contributions.......I see it as getting payback on our investment :D .......
