John Allen
Might be worth contacting a car paint matching service as per the link below. They use an electronic analyser to match the colour. https://www.carcolourservices.co.uk/the-colour-matching-process/ Cheers John
Derek Uzzell
tringy These (lengthy) YouTube videos relate to repairing an Auto-Trail motorhome’s damaged gel coat Auto-Trail may well be unable to provide a RAL colour code for their motorhomes’ gel coat finish, particularly if they do not manufacture the bodywork panels’ outer skin themselves.. Assuming that you plan to carry out the repair and then overpaint it, you can do as John suggests and obtain paint from a company specialising in colour matching, or try a firm like ChipsAway https://www.chipsaway.co.uk/ or find a paint aerosol that’s as close as you can get to the existing colour. If you are considering repairing using coloured gel coat rather than painting over the repair, this is possible but even more difficult to do and obtain an exact colour match. There’s advice here https://www.pbo.co.uk/expert-advice/gelcoat-repairs-make-invisible-repair-18060

Guest pelmetman
It's been a while since I've owned a plastic (GRP) boat ;-) ....... But matching the GRP was one of those dark arts only mastered by a few in my experience of trying it :$ ........
