And the UK Parliament has also legislated to approve ECJ control over the GB-NI border, and a load of other stuff in the small print which is now coming into focus.

Pelmet seems to think he's "won" his sovereignty and freedom but can't say what Sovereignty and freedom he's now got that he didn't have before. I don't think he knows really but thinks it sounds good. :-S

For a "no dealer" his behaviour is odd as from what I am reading on other social media the rabid Brexiteers like Dave are flaming livid!

Thats the feedback i've read from Brexiteers in other forums but Pelmet is stuck in a weird timewarp cloud cuckoo on Planet Pinocchio and has to sing the praises of his God Johnson. I imagine he has an effigy of him in his bedroom he bows before each night...just as his boyfriend did with his inflatable Trump doll he took to bed. Ewwwe. 8-)

I don't suppose the Daily Mail has told him.

Because the only increase in sovereignty I can see is the removal of our right to hold BoJo to account through the European Court. >:-)

No wonder BoJo is grinning :-S

Probably laughing at Pelmet for sucking it up :-S

Well I am glad you finally recognise groups like Leave.EU as fake news Dave. Perhaps your fellow no dealers have more honour than you and are not prepared to pretend that its a great deal just to try and desperately prove to those silly "Remoaners" that they "won".

Yet the more that comes out the more it seems we have not cut the ties by a long stretch. Even the Express reported on their still being ties to the ECJ yesterday and we have to follow EU Rules if we want to remain tariff free but of course we have no say in them. NI is effectively still in the Eu and I just heard we have to declare any currency we take to Northern Ireland. The entire thing is not a deal but a truce. Its all up for review in four years time and we have to attend meetings twice a month to show how we are behaving I gather.

The devil will be in the detail which is now slowly coming to light. This just looks like a very bad deal to me. Virtually no benefits which we were promised but still tied to the EU. for the little difference it will make to us from no deal it would have been better to have walked away. I can understand why so many "true" Brexiteers are angry about it.

The point is Dave, we dont really give a toss. We knew it was going to be a choice between no deal or a marginally better option of a no tariffs deal on goods but naff all else. You were the one that spouted for years how you wanted no deal. Your sig even said so and now you have the worst deal in history which keeps us tied to the EU. That is why your No deal comrades are so unhappy about it. You are just pretending you are delighted with it to save face on here.

It wouldnt be so bad having to follow EU rules and regs if we were getting anywhere near the benefits we had as members but we are not. The only winners here are the EU as they have a surplus of goods inward to the UK. We have a surplus of services and they are not included.

And the UK Parliament has also legislated to approve ECJ control over the GB-NI border, and a load of other stuff in the small print which is now coming into focus.

Yep, slowly its all starting to trickle through. You dont think Johnson has signed another deal without reading it do you? (lol)

You should lay off the Fake News Barry *-) ..........

Even the ERG and Farage are backing Boris's deal B-) ........

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9091273/Hardliners-fall-Brexit-deal-Boris-Johnson-appears-win-support-hardline-Eurosceptics.html

Well I am glad you finally recognise groups like Leave.EU as fake news Dave. Perhaps your fellow no dealers have more honour than you and are not prepared to pretend that its a great deal just to try and desperately prove to those silly "Remoaners" that they "won".

We will no longer be pushed into a Federal European State Barry.

That's the REAL win, the rest is just froth and bubble.

Shock horror 8-) ...........

Our resident Losers think Boris's deal is a bad deal (lol) (lol) (lol) .........

Surely you LOSERS dont still think we Brexiteers give a toss what you think? >:-) ........

"We dont really give a toss"

(lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol) ..........

I am really not! I accepted some time ago that the choices would be either no trade deal or an awful deal that wasnt much better than no deal. I just find it confusing that some of you die hard No dealers seem (on the surface) to be content with what appears to be a very thin deal which still keeps us aligned with the EU for what seems to be very little benefit. It would have been better to have gone no deal surely.

As said, I no longer care. Either are a disaster waiting to happen but I am still interested in peoples opinions of how they see it shaping up and of course the analysis of what we actually brought back slowly and surely trickling through.

Honestly Dave, I dont. The damage is done now. Its just a case of waiting to see how much. There is no real need to squabble about it anymore. In the coming weeks all will be revealed which lets face it is the main reason you are quitting the forum. It is going to be too much for you to cope with I guess and I can understand that. From your recent rantings which seem to be reaching a crescendo that is frankly disturbing I think its for the best that you go and focus on other stuff. Just keep telling yourself "You WON" and perhaps you will be alright.

It is good news about health cover as long as its real and not just another PR exercise. We will see.

As for the £350, I think you can kiss goodbye to that. Firstly there is the matter of the divorce bill and secondly the new red tape and bureaucracy caused by Brexit is costing more than that and thats before you tot up the cost to our economy.

Brexit headbangers like Pinocchio will continually spout off rubbish such as the £350m a week lie whilst ignoring the billions of debt Brexit has plunged the country into, the cost of which exceeds our entire 47 years of member payments. https://www.thelondoneconomic.com/politics/brexit-set-to-cost-the-uk-more-than-200-billion-by-the-end-of-the-year/16/06/

So a couple of mobile providers won't be taking advantage of our leaving the EU to whack up their charges just yet

Even IF the others follow, and stick to it, Best case scenario is its the same as we had as an EU member.

You still haven't managed to come up with an advantage of leaving :-S
