The point is our infections are dropping significantly due to one jab whereas howmany of the new 19,000 infections will die because they wont get a jab at all for months or even this year. Its job is to stop folk ending up in hospital B-) .......... The point of ANY vaccine is to stop people catching a virus. My son and partner had theirs last week, they are in their 50's. . My Grandson ( had blood clots after breaking an ankle ) has his on Saturday, he is 20. Correction : They are " our " ( i.e. UK ) scientists - they are not Boris's.
