If anyone has recently come back from France can they tell me if LPG at the pump is available, my local suppliers are "out". Thanks Hallii According to Eurotunnel the French self certification statement [whatever it was called] is no longer required when entering France from a 'Green country' which the UK is. https://www.eurotunnel.com/uk/travelling-with-us/latest/covid-19/#foca Note: If you’re fully vaccinated you may also be asked to complete the EU-PLF form before boarding, [but eurotunnel not asking for it only Vaccine Certificate]. In any event it only appears to apply, if requested, if France, Malta, Italy or Slovenia are FINAL destinations. I do not even get the option of completing as my final destination is Germany. https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/france/entry-requirements https://app.euplf.eu/#/

BruceM
hallii - 2022-04-07 12:07 PM I am getting conficting advice on the web, do I need to fill a PLF to go into France? We went to France in September last year and start of February this year (ferry) and as fully vaxxed plus booster people we did not need to complete a PLF to enter France. My sister in law went across Wednesday of this week (ferry) and did not need to complete a PLF either.
Derek Uzzell
The relevant current rules can be viewed here https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/france/entry-requirements https://uk.ambafrance.org/COVID-19-rules-for-travel-between-France-and-the-UK-28918#t1-Travelling-from-the-UK-to-France The UK's GOV.UK webpage includes (for fully vaccinated travellers) the advice "You may also be asked to complete the EU-PLF form before boarding". The EU-PLF form is described here https://app.euplf.eu/#/ but - where travelling to France from the UK is concerned - the form apparently only relates to travellers arriving in France by air. The Brittany Ferries website's "TRAVEL TO FRANCE" section advises From 31 March, the sworn statement form is no longer necessary for any passengers when entering France. The compelling reason document is also no longer required for unvaccinated travellers.
