nscsc
I need to remove the slide out tray which is fitted to my I660. Can't find the release catches anywhere. It could be unscrewed as a whole unit, but I doubt it would come out of the side panel door Most slide out drawers have release mechanism. Just can't find it Any ideas? Derek Uzzell
Welcome to the Out&AboutLive forums. I can't answer your question, but (for information) the sliding drawer you are referring to is shown in the photo attached below that I took from this 2004 review of a Burstner I-Elegance 660. https://www.outandaboutlive.co.uk/userfiles/file/Burstner%20Elegance.pdf
Keithl
At the point circled below there should be a small black lever which needs pressing either up or down depending on the side of the drawer, one goes up the other down, then the slide should be free to slide out. Derek Uzzell
There's no standard design for drawer runners, so if there are no visible levers where Keith has indicated, the runners may be fixed in place by screws from inside the drawer (that's how the runners of my home's kitchen drawers are fixed). Someone in the Burstner UK Owners lClub UK might know https://burstnerclub.co.uk
nscsc
Thanks for the quick response. No little levers, but I will delve further and report back. Life ain't as easy as it should be!
