Pete-B
I'm getting an A frame fitted next month to our little Fiat 500 so it can follow us in the van! Just a thought, how do you line up the tow ball with the A frame when you're connecting up?

lancepar
(!) It takes two, well we do anyway, one driving the Toad and the other holding up the hitch and giving hand signals or shouting, usually STOP very loudly. B-)
Keithl
Pete, Ask the A frame fitters to demonstrate for you. Keith.
Tracker
Reversing camera? When we towed a caravan we used a bamboo cane held against the coupling so I could see it through the back window (often allied to much arm waving and yelling) but that might not work reversing a van - it should with dring a car forward - but at least it is free! Winch on the towbar and wind the b###er in! Ask the A frame suppliers!
