Seatbelts

What year? but even then I think the answer will be no.

If you look at a model with factory fitted seatbelts there is a massive steel frame below the seat bolted back to the vehicle chassis.

And the MOT test requirements changed a year or so ago and belts simply bolted through the floor will now fail the test.

Auto-Trail has used the "634 SE" designator repeatedly over the years, for  'van' and 'coachbuilt' motorhomes - so I'm unsure exactly which variant/vehicle-age you are interested in. I think all CHEYENNE 634 SE models (built as early as 1999 and on Fiat and Mercedes chassis) have had a rear lounge with L-shaped seating, but you'd need to confirm if that's what you are interested in.

This longish article relates to retrofitting seat-belts to motorhomes

https://www.camplify.co.uk/blog/can-you-add-seat-belts-to-a-motorhome-uk

and more general advice is here

https://www.outandaboutlive.co.uk/motorhomes/articles/practical-advice/motorhome-advice-seatbelt-law-and-safety

These are the relevant MOT-related regulations

Your enquiry has come up several times in the past here (though not recently) and - besides discussing the 'illegality' factor - it's been warned that carrying passengers in seating located directly against a motorhome's rear wall significantly exposes those passengers to injury in the event of an accident involving a heavy rear-end impact. (I once saw a motorhome been bodged together after a car had hit its rear and penetrated about 2 metres into the vehicle's interior.)

If you want to take this further, you might try contacting this company

and I suggest you also explore the implications with insurance providers.
