motorhome road tax?

Recommended Posts

Struggling then!

I would suspect it is less than 3,500 kg in which case it would be the same as a car, ie Class TC11 and then would be £345 per year.

However if it was over 3,500 kg it would then only be £165 BUT you would need a Class C1 Driving Licence to drive it!

Vehicle tax rates relating to motorhomes are explained here

There are a number of motorhomes based on a Talbot Express advertised here

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/motorhomes/used-motorhomes/talbot

All of them (as one might expect) are quite compact. Their motors will exceed 1549cc and the chances are very small that their 'revenue weight' would exceed 3500kg.

So £345 per annum.
