And they wonder why for four and half years we protested so much against this bollox. There is only one Brexiteer left on here now where once the remainers were heavily outnumbered and he is completely barking mad. Gone very quiet haven't they?

Actually Gove is just reminding the haulage industry that they need to ensure they are prepared for NO DEAL >:-) ..........

Perhaps they were stupid enough to believe you Dumbf*ck Losers when you kept saying No deal is DEAD 8-) ..........

You mean those stupid enough to believe the Brexiteers, when they were saying it would be the easiest deal in history, because the EU needs us more then we need them.

Or those thinking Bojo would never be reckless and stupid enough to leave without a deal.

Pssst..... they're already in the EU ;-) ........

British trucks are as rare as hens teeth when ever I get the ferry or train :-|.........

So I'm guessing Gove is reminding those EU trucker companies to ensure they are ready for NO DEAL........

Or perhaps they believed your beloved Johnson when he told the nation "there are no plans for no deal as we are going to get a great deal" or when just before the election in order to get elected he said "The chances of no deal are a million to one" or just before and indeed after the election he told them he had a great "oven ready deal". The same deal he has now decided is crap as nobody knew what they were voting for so he intends to break international law to renege on his own oven ready deal. So maybe thats why the Haulage industry are not ready.

No deal was dead. Johnson left with a deal. Now he is tearing up his own deal.

Because things like this were always dismissed as "Project Fear" by Brexiters when all along they were being told the damage their actions would bring. Adherents like Pelmet cannot accept reality because not once have they taken responsibility or accepted accountability. It's the same on other forums, they've either run off or what few are left, cry it's all the EU's fault.

I think Gove is using this to try blame shifting on to the hauliers. This article is a good read but click on the three embedded reports from UK Ports which enlarges the reading. Some very interesting info and stats!

We do need the EU more than they need us. That has been explained to you over and over again for four and a half years. The average EU countries trade percentage with the UK is about 5% without looking, Germany 6.6%. Nearly half of ours is with the EU 27.

If we end up with no deal then its nobody's fault but the Brexiteers and Johnson. That is crystal clear. The EU are not the ones reneging on an already signed so called "Oven ready Great Deal", Johnson is. You cannot squirm your way out of this and neither can the government or the tabloids. Even the gutter Brexit supporting press are starting to wake up to that.

Bonkers. Gove is a bit cleverer than Johnson but thats no bench mark really but how can he possibly think he will manage to shift the blame onto Hauliers and get away with it? The goal posts are constantly shifting for a start. I think the French have been ready their side for two years.

Foisting responsibility onto them instead of government getting everything properly sorted out. All they have to do is chant "EU's fault, yadda yadda....Oven ready....yadda yadda....Brexit means Brexit....yadda yadda" and all their flock bow and repeat. You see it all the time on here from the Mad Hatter and his boyfriend.

Yes i posted this link the other day about the French who hired 250 new customs officers two years ago; https://www.voanews.com/europe/french-customs-hire-hundreds-extra-staff-cope-brexit

UK government had ample time and plenty of warnings over the madness of no deal - this report was from two years back, listen to what Steve Applebee, MD of Harbour Shipping at Dover had to say;

Let me spell it out for you one last time in a last attempt to penetrate what little is left of your brain. We left with a deal. Johnsons Oven ready deal. Do you remember? He told us it was a great deal in order to get an election and to get his wonderful deal through Parliament. It got signed, it was passed and the UK left the EU at the end of January with Johnsons "Oven ready deal". Now of course he has decided his deal was not oven ready after all and after everyone voted for him and the deal was passed he is now trying to renege on it, break international law and trash his deal and any chance of a future trade deal with both the EU and the USA.

How can Hauliers prepare when they have no idea what they are preparing for with Johnson wandering around doing what he has always done best, lying to everyone?

As for knowing fcuk all I think quite the opposite is true. Us remainers always knew we would arrive at this point where democracy, the economy and our status and trading relationship with the EU and the rest of the world would be trashed by this moron you elected. That is why we were so vociferous in campaigning against him and it for the past four and a half years. Nothing to do with being a "loser". We were just not as easily duped as the rest of you.

Oh really? So what was the oven ready deal then he had that he wanted Parliament to approve and that he won an election on? The trade deal that follows is based on the "oven ready deal" he has already signed. The one he said was a great deal. The one that he is now reneging on which will of course mean no further trade deal with Europe or the USA and probably nobody else for that matter.

If you want a further trade deal best not to tear up the "oven ready" deal you just signed that precludes that. It seems however for some reason only known to yourself you do not want a trade deal with anyone. I have to ask why? What has happened to you that you are so willing to see this country destroyed by such reckless action? I find it ironic and somewhat abhorrent that you seem to fly that Union Flag in your Avatar with some kind of misplaced pride yet what you seek will almost certainly break apart that union.

Or perhaps the EU still thinks we need them more than they need us? ;-) ........

So No Deal will be the EU's fault >:-) ..........

Yeah Barry *-) ........

You Losers told us time and time again No Deal is DEAD >:-) ........

Kinda shows you know f*ck all.........

No confusion at all. The WA is Johnsons oven ready deal. The deal he said "got Brexit Done". You know the 540 page agreement (which he never read) that now apparently isnt so great after he won an election on the back of it.
