  1. I believe that there is a door management control unit (central locking etc) under the dashboard on the right hand side which has a multi-plug  which could be worth checking that it is pushed fully home.

The control unit , which is linked to the BCM , should have a coloured data identity label on it.

The fuse for this unit is F36 (20a) in the dash fuse box (bottom row , far left)

  2. The replacement kit for the water level sensor system used with an EC155 / B includes 5 x studs , so , as suggested by Keith , the other sensor studs may be causing the problem.

If you are sure there is only two studs Sargent technical department may have other suggestions if you give them a ring.

  3. The sensor used when you have a EC155 / B are studs that go through the side of the water tank and replacements can be found in the www.sargentltd.co.uk shop (water/waste sensors section , with the replacement studs shown at the bottom of the list) also if you look at the power systems section in the shop you will find the  EC155 /B with links to its fitting instructions that show these water level sensors and their connections.

Their support / help centre / knowledge base  may also be useful for information.

  4. The leisure battery to the EC155 cables should be brown/blue (positive) and white/orange (negative) ,  but If you go to the Sargent website  and go to support / help centre / search articles / EC155B power control , the EC155 install information found there has the wiring information , including colours  of the leisure ( and starter ) battery  connections

  5. Are you sure that the EC155 has a solar input connection that can be used instead of going direct to the leisure battery from the controller? (as some other Sargent PSU units have), it could be worth checking with Sargent Electrical 01482 678981 or check at www.sargentltd.co.uk support section.

  6. There may be a fuse on 12v fuses section on the PDU marked control panel that you can remove and then refit. to try to reset the digital control panel , this may reset the awning light control.(if that is what is needed)

Also are you sure that you replaced the wires in the same places  as I think your light may be an led type which must be  connected the correct way round to work .

  7. Have you checked if the fuse  is ok ,  it could be with the other 12v habitation fuses on your PDU , you could also try re-setting the digital control panel by disconnecting it  and then reconnecting

  8. I do not know what setting to use for your Swift Motorhome ,I think it could relate to motor revolutions , If it is any help ,my step (On an Autocruise van conversion) is a single letter box slide out type and is set at 45 (the set button can be used to alter it when in advanced settings), Sargent should have the information you need  and it could be worth a call to them ,they are normally very helpful.

  9. I believe that the step operation is built into the EC400 PSU, the step settings should be able to be seen in the advanced settings section of the PSU (Press and hold the yellow select button) . Sargent should be able to help with more information if needed  01482 678981 (support section )

  10. onecal , I believe that may be a Truma Combi 4E/6E PCB you have shown with flash codes , as the heater/boiler that is/was faulty is a Truma Trumatic C6002 unit do they use the same board ? The Trumatic C6002 has a red and green light on its control switches to indicate a fault.
