Arthur Brown
Hi For anyone in the Northumberland area over the winter the Alnwick Gardens are only open Friday Sat and Sun. The good news is that entry is free. Anyone in the area, they are worth a visit. Art

armstrongpiper
Alnwick is a smashing little town, anytime of the year. The car park behind the Theatre on Bondgate Without has four spaces specifically for Motorhomes (and reserved solely for them during the summer months). Also, I have stayed there overnight on numerous occasions without interference, and it is free between 6pm and 8am. Neil B
Keithl
But watch out for the height restriction on the arch between Bondgate Within and Bondgate Without, it's only 9 foot 3 inches!!! You can also park in the main Castle/Gardens car park on Denwick Lane (B1340) which during the summer cost £2 for all day. There are dedicated MH spaces or when full they park you in the coach park. As for the Gardens, well worth a visit! We spent a full day there in the summer and are planning on going back next year. Keith.
