Poppy Mole
The Thermostat appears to have gone on my Auto Sleepers Clubman - is this something I can fix myself or will I need a "man who can"? Just for the record semi-frozen eggs are interesting!!!!
Guest JudgeMental
But a great way to keep beer and wine well chilled! :-D (eggs dont need refrigerating)
Poppy Mole
I know the eggs don't need to be in there but it keeps them safe (along with the wine & beer!!)
Guest JudgeMental
have a look on line with your model number (also copy what model onto here) for a drawing and then see if you feel happy doing to job..it might be possible to do from the outside, through grill but I dont have a clue where your thermostat is or what fridge you have? but IF you need to remove the fridge you may need to disconnect the gas and reconnect
Keithl
If it is a Dometic has the thermostat failed or has the plastic spindle connecting the knob to the rheostat failed? On our Dometic RM7361(IIRC) the spindle sheared and cost about £2 and a couple of hours to replace. Keith.
