donna miller
Darren doesn't work for Torfaen council, he's a local Elvis impersonator enlisted to help with the video. Further details here............ http://www.torfaen.gov.uk/en/News/2013/January/21-Elvis-helps-spread-gritting-message-in-new-online-video.aspx
RogerC
Very well done and he's a good impersonator but putting my 'Victor Meldrew' hat on I wonder if his fee was worth it? Coming from the tax payers money in these times of councils bleating about not having enough funds (for their bloated executives pensions) it seems a little profligate to me. donna miller
Who said he was paid? Believe it or not, us people in the valleys have a very deep love for our community. Not everything is about money, however i'll be in the Torfaen council depot tomorrow (weather permitting) I'll find out for you.

Just read the council output....(web page) and I take my 'Meldrew' hat off....he 'gave' his time so well done that man and the council for having a sense of humour.
