I suspect that what they are offering is restricted to legal support for claims against other people which they think you will win, so they will recover costs. Extremely unlikely that they will cover things like your legal defence costs, which some legal cover schemes include. I certainly will not be registering as I've had enough grief being hounded by 'Ambulance chasers' after a no fault bump over 5 years ago! Keith.
