Gas cabint lock

We have a Swift Sundance 13reg and one of the gas cabinet locks was playing up. My husband decided to unscrew it and there are springs inside so needless to say, it is now in bits and as I am the jigsaw expert in the house, it seems to be up to me to try to get it together again. I have no idea what make it is, but the lock pushes in and is white. I've tried googling it hoping for a link to an assembly on YouTube, but no joy.

Any assistance would be great to have,

Many thanks

Do you really need a lock on your gas locker?

Yes!

Unless you want to risk the inconvenience of your gas supply going awol when nobody is looking - especially if you have refillable bottles and/or leave your van in storage or unattended for long periods.

Same applies to toilet cassettes, and that too would be a real inconvenience!

For what little it costs to keep 'em safe why wouldn't you?

We have a Swift Sundance 13reg and one of the gas cabinet locks was playing up.

Did it come with a three year factory warranty?

If so first point of call is the supplying dealer!

And if they are unhelpful second call to Swift!
