Your argument is just that, a baseless 'argument' for the sake of it. Your pal will play with you for another hour of willy waving together before you run off to bed. As for 'historical fact' i've shown you many before but it's totally wasted on you as you have no grasp of even the most basic facts. I don't think you're a revisionist as you don't understand the true meaning of it just as you can't distinguish between left and right...in fact i'd be amazed if you knew which side of the road to drive on.

I've just heard that some mp has bought 2 water cannons very cheaply to cool his ducks in the next hot summer, I don't know who he could be or how much he paid or even if he'll claim on his expenses

Has Corbyn got ducks? ;-) ........

Come to think of it he's got a lot of wets though :-| ........

Rees Mogg whose been building Moggs Ark for his Little Englanders. It's rumoured he's purchased a hole in the ground he plans to fill with water to float his Ark, fill with a few goldfish for his fishing policy, hoist a St George flag, then sit there looking like errr......a Mugg.

This link to UK finances does without the dramatisation and, like all statistics, can be interpreted any way the user sees fit, depending on their own lack of impartialty and political beliefs.

https://www.ukpublicspending.co.uk/

My conclusion is that all recent governments have been stupendously inept and that if we as a nation want decent services then sooner or later someone has to pay for them.

Unfortunately all the figures in red on that link are indicated as 'guesstimates'.

ONS website states; General government gross debt was £1,720.1 billion at the end of the financial year ending March 2017, equivalent to 88.0% of gross domestic product (GDP), an increase of £68.1 billion compared with the end of March 2016 (when it was 87.6% of GDP).

This is the 15th consecutive annual increase in debt as a proportion of GDP. General government gross debt first exceeded the 60.0% Maastricht reference value at the end of the financial year ending March 2010, when it was 70.3% of GDP or £1,076.6 billion.

At the end of the calendar year 2016, UK government gross debt was £1,731.4 billion (89.3% of GDP). This represents an increase of £65.4 billion since the end of the calendar year 2015.

Yes indeed.

By intervening in the housing market to force up rents, making most people worse off, the Government claims an increase in GDP and Growth *-) The most telling economic statistic is the Current Account Deficit. So they don't like to talk about it and prefer to talk about so-called 'Growth' instead *-)

Problem is that instead of productive industrial Growth like Germany, their Growth comes from flipping each other crummy houses and racking up debt.

Which is why Germany has a massive surplus, and Britain a massive deficit.

No money left is better than a mountain of debt.

Financial crisis caused by deregulation that Osborne had called for more of.

And Osborne managed to raise National Debt by more in one term than all the Labour Governments put together by helping his rich mates to avoid paying tax https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2015/feb/16/osborne-advised-using-financial-loopholes-to-avoid-tax-and-care-costs like the Duke of Westminster inheriting £10 billion tax-free

You need more foot bandages :-D

Germany can set their own prices. All exporters in the common currency benefit by knowing how much they will get for their products so can plan future investment. Unlike good British exporters who have gone bust just through mis guessing future exchange rates. We can't have the Euro because we have to have Her Unelected Majesty's face on our banknotes. They can force her on us, but they can't force her on the EU.

Your incessant whataboutery desperately attempting to paint the Tories as some kind of financial wizards with the Midas touch, hasn't explained why national debt continued to increase each year under their watch.
