You may be disappointed. I very much doubt if Dave pelmet would have anything to do with a socialist inspired organisation like the NHS. :-| Nothing wrong with the idea ;-) ........... That said my experience of the NHS has ranged from excellent to diabolical :-| ......... But I guess its not PC to point out its short comings is it? *-) ......... I'm guessing that the NHS staff who gave you a bad time had found out that you like to do your best to avoid paying for them. ;-) Actually back then (late 90's) I was paying a grand a month income tax so was effectively paying the cost of a NHS nurses annual salary all on my own-some ;-) ........... The idea is that we all pay for the NHS when other people need it as well - not only when we are using it ourselves. :-| I don't object to paying for a National health service ;-) ...........
