We can at least take some comfort from Pelmetheads latest dribblings that he will soon experience first hand what he's voting for us he waits for his incontinent pants to be changed in a couple of months time.

You may be disappointed.

I very much doubt if Dave pelmet would have anything to do with a socialist inspired organisation like the NHS.

:-|

Nothing wrong with the idea ;-) ...........

That said my experience of the NHS has ranged from excellent to diabolical :-| .........

But I guess its not PC to point out its short comings is it? *-) .........

I'm guessing that the NHS staff who gave you a bad time had found out that you like to do your best to avoid paying for them.

;-)

Actually back then (late 90's) I was paying a grand a month income tax so was effectively paying the cost of a NHS nurses annual salary all on my own-some ;-) ...........

The idea is that we all pay for the NHS when other people need it as well - not only when we are using it ourselves.

:-|

I don't object to paying for a National health service ;-) ...........

I object to paying for a International health service :-| ...........

So that's 2 polls that show The Brexit Party on 34% :D .........

Progress eh? B-) .......

If you get in excess of 52% from 17.4m votes it might mean something.

If the brexit party and UKIP add up to more than the Remain parties by 4%....... it'll mean no ones changed their mind ;-) ..........

What about the Labour remainers, there are a lot of them. 75% of their membership are remainers. The Tory voters might have abandoned the Tories for the Brexit party but not so many Labour voters have. As I said its going to be impossible to work it out. The only way is a straight up referendum on the options that are available.

As we enter the final days before the EU elections for unelected bureaucrats let's remember that

-Turkey didn't join

-It wasn't the easiest deal in history

-There was no £350 million for NHS

-Food won't be cheaper

-Manufacturing isn't safe.

-UK didn't hold all the cards

But blue passports.....

What's that got to do with your "experts" getting their predictions totally wrong? ;-) ........

"This puts the Brexit Party significantly ahead of Labour, Liberal Democrats and Conservatives.

The Conservatives only have 4 percent support in Scotland according to the poll, conducted over earlier this month.

Nationally, including those who won’t vote, the Brexit Party is in the lead on 22 percent of the vote."

"A YouGov poll commissioned by The Times put the Brexit Party on 35 percent - one point up on last week. The same sample also showed second-placed Liberal Democrats overtaking the Labour Party, who now sit on 16 percent and 15 percent respectively. Meanwhile, Theresa May’s Conservatives sit on a paltry 9 percent as they remain behind the Green Party in fifth."

"Nigel Farage’s new party is polling at an average of 32 per cent which, taken alongside Ukip, puts the pro-Brexit vote at an estimated 35 per cent.

This is set against the collective 26 per cent of the Lib Dems (15 per cent), Greens (seven per cent) and Change UK (four per cent), who all advocate a second referendum and Remain."
