The EU will keep us by giving us the same deal you have got now and are about to lose. So whats left of your productive industries can stick two fingers up to F*ck Business BoJo and come here where their business is welcome :D

PS: You can try making a living selling Royal souvenirs, and flipping each other crummy houses at ever increasing prices *-)

Is there any thread where you don't manage to have a swipe at the monarchy? Dear me, you really are a sad and obsessive loon.

The EU won't want your bankrupt little country and big business wouldn't risk it. You can't afford the membership fee, you won't have a currency, because we won't give you the pound, so you'll have to adopt the failing Euro and you'll go the same way as Greece. Your huge spending deficit, seven times greater than that of the rest of the UK, will probably bar you anyway, so once more, dream on.

As for 'F*ck Business Boris' that comment wasn't made about business per se but was in response to being told about the pro EU lobbying of a certain business group. Boris will boost British business enormously. The massive foreign investments in various sectors we're already receiving from companies who know that Britain will be a winner, will go up even more.

And the ScotsNats will buy support by continuing giving free things to people who can afford to pay and end up like Portugal was ten years ago.

I think that I speak for many English and Welsh when I say that we'll be delighted if you'd b*gger off and try to go it alone. All five million of you, which is about the population of Yorkshire.

Archer was awarded £500,000 ...(waffle and tripe removed).

You could get a job as a Royal Spin Doctor making out the Royal Hangers On cost less than they do - by the simple expedient of not counting most of the costs.

Like the costs Lord Archer was awarded - which were more than the £500k damages - and you simply ignored

You also seemed to believe that there was no train to Inverness! Are you sure that you live in Scotland? You seem to know very little about it.

I never mentioned Inverness :-S

Well then tell your BoJo to stop throwing YOUR money at Scotland.

People here are not going to vote to be ruled by him if he stops paying them.

Then we'll both get our wish of an Independent Scotland.

But we can't get that whilst BoJo keeps throwing YOUR money at Scotland (and Ireland and Wales etc etc) to maintain his empire at YOUR expense

You really are the most foolish of men. You've deleted the bulk of my post because, once more, it proved you to be a liar. You claimed that Archer was awarded damages forty times greater than the average house price. He was awarded damages twelve time the average house price. Thank you for giving me the opportunity once more to highlight your mendacity.

And why should I have mentioned costs? I was responding to your lies about damages. You never mentioned costs, so why should I? You are aware I hope that costs do not go to the litigant but to his legal team? Maybe you're not.

Congratulations once more for managing to bring in the monarchy, when this subject was nothing to do with it. As well as your foolishness you also highlight your unhealthy obsession.

Thank you once more for allowing me to highlight your lies. You didn't mention Inverness, that was my mistake and I admit that I should have typed Aberdeen. Mea culpa.

However, it once more highlights your foolishness. You claimed that the rail line to Balmoral would have been better had it also connected to Aberdeen. I and another member pointed out to you that it did!

You're the gift that keeps on giving.

I don't mind a tiny portion of my taxes being spent to prop up poorer developing countries. As long as the Scots continue to struggle I'm happy to send them a few bob, just as I'm happy to send a few bob to other poor countries around the world. I'm sure you'll agree that it's the responsible thing to do for a rich and successful nation. I bear you no grudge for accepting our charity.

Perhaps you should tell Scotrail about these railways you have found so they can put them on their map.*-)

The Guide in the visitor centre at Ballater told us the Royal Family suffered the inconvenience of travelling by coach to Balmoral, rather than have a station there, since that would encourage visitors. But I'm sure the forum d*ckhead who thinks Aberdeen is Inverness (and it doesn't matter if trident submarines have to surface where they can be seen) knows more than her *-)

I have no choice but to accept your taxes. I don't want your money, because its stopping Scotland voting for independence from F*ck Business BoJo - who's Brexit madness is costing us even more than he is giving us in taxes taken from you.

you won't have a currency,

we already print our own banknotes

FunsterJohn - 2020-01-03 7:02 PM

because we won't give you the pound, so you'll have to adopt the failing Euro

How has the pound done against the 'failing Euro' *-)

And how much more is BoJo going to borrow

http://www.nationaldebtclock.co.uk/

to send out in 'Foreign Aid' to maintain his empire at your expense *-)

So with your factories relocating here for the EU market, by what Mad Hatter Logic do you think we would prefer the failing pound to the not so failing Euro our biggest trading partners use?

Probably about the same as Switzerland :-D

Haha. Good luck with the Euro. Not that the EU will let Scotland in anyway.

Now I know your brain is failing. You want me to tell Scotrail to put on its maps lines that were built over a century and a half ago and have since been closed by Beeching?

You claimed that rather than stop at Ballater they should have extended it to Aberdeen. Ballater was the end of a branch line from Aberdeen! You claim to have been told all about it by an employee. You obviously didn't take it in. Ages ago I asked you for proof that the Royals managed to veto an extension to Balmoral. You could have answered it many times during your posts but of course you couldn't find any evidence so now you've made up a story about a tourist guide telling you this nonsense. That same tourist guide who doesn't appear to know that Ballater was the terminus of a branch line from Aberdeen. Good try. Surely you can find some written evidence to back up your claim? It must have been reported somewhere if your tourist guide knows it. Obviously you can't find evidence so you make up another story.

And I note that in your description of me as a d*ckhead, you've descended into the gutter, which is what all your types do eventually when they're being humiliated.

But I'm being called a d*ckhead by a man who thinks that 40 X £40,000 is half a million, a man who doesn't know that Trident as a submarine name is a proper noun, and who doesn't know the difference between whose and who's. This is always a good indicator of a poor education and limited intellect. For your information who's is an elision and means who is.

I don't understand that sentence. What does '.................- who is Brexit madness costing us even more..............'

Who is 'Brexit madness'? A pop group maybe?

Ps Scotland won't vote for independence because most of its citizens are brighter than you and when the crunch comes they'll realise that it really is madness. You're already in deep financial doo doo and there's no way you'd satisfy the EU that your little, badly run country could be a worthwhile member, or could even afford the fee.

Don't worry though, we're sentimentally attached to Scotland as you've provided us with lots of laughs over the years and we really don't mind a tiny proportion of our taxes being spent on a poor neighbour so as to keep you in fried Mars Bars and Irn Bru.

Unlike the average Scot we're generous and kind and we love helping the underprivileged. And if it irks you that makes it even more worthwhile.

I never have understood why people in glass houses continue to throw stones. Funny John from memory has made a fair few gaffs on here with his grammeerr and spulling. Who the feck cares? I'd be interested in seeing the gaffes I've made, as opposed to an obvious typo occasionally when posting on a phone.

You however, are being exceedingly dim. From memory I have only ever questioned people's spelling and grammar twice. If I were to correct every person on here I'd be posting twenty times a day.

On both occasions I explained why I was correcting their grammar and if you read my post above carefully, you'll see why. If John52 decides to call me this forum's d*ckhead, I feel justified in pointing out that he's a semi-literate thicko.

Your third-form grammar and spelling doesn't annoy me at all and I have never indicated to you that it does. Anyone who gets annoyed by the writings of thick and poorly-educated people should never go on any forum.

You may not have been taught well, but intelligent people, as they go through life and read books and newspapers very quickly learn the difference between, for example, who's and whose, that's and thats and its and it's.

I'd just like to ask you one final question as you've now stopped trying to defend the blatant lies that you've told in this thread. You claimed that in 1987 Lord Archer was awarded damages 40 times the price of an average house.

Damages were £500,000 and the average house price was just over £40,000. That's twelve times not forty times. My question is, why do you continue to be so dishonest? Do you just make things up that will bolster your case against those you consider privileged? Do you assume that you can just say anything that you like and that no one will ever question your mendacity?

Your obsession with the monarchy and other institutions and your desire to denigrate them appears to have twisted your morality.
