Guidance on how best to provide motorhome identification details is given in the “IDENTIFYING YOUR MOTORHOME” near the top of this forum’s homepage

A potential problem with Fleurette/Florium motorhomes

https://www.fleurette-florium.fr/en/

is that - although a member of the Rapido Group since 2005 - the company’s design and construction methodologies are still very much its own, and I would not be too surprised if an unusual clip had been chosen to attach trim to habitation and garage doors.

Currently there seem to be just two UK Fleurette dealerships - Wandahome in East Yorkshire

https://www.wandahome.online/fleurette-motorhomes

and Harbour Creek Motorhomes in Hampshire

http://www.harbourcreek.co.uk/

If Clive cannot identify matching trim-clips using the advice provded earlier in this discussion, he might try contacting those two dealerships, who ought to be able to help.

Having looked at some YouTube Fleurette-related videos, I’m doubtful that the same clips would be used on Rapido motorhomes, but if Clive sent photos of the clip he needs to a Rapido dealership, that might still be worthwhile.

If all else fails (and Clive just needs a few clips) he might try contacting the Fleurette factory direct and ask nicely if they can send him some.

Thanks for coming back about this.

Having re-read your earlier postings I note that you referred to these things originally as "trims spacers" and I did wonder later on how they would be used on your motorhome's garage doors.

Now that you've mentioned Fleurette's advice I remembered that, shortly after I had taken delivery of my new Rapido motorhome in 2015, I noticed that the bottom edge of the habitation entrance-door was rubbing badly against the door frame and, when I checked, the culprit was a small plastic 'spacer' stuck into the door's underside.

I presume these spacers are used when the doors (habitation entrance, garage, exterior locker) are installed to aid accurate fitting and that they should all have been removed when the vehicle is handed over to the buyer.
