France you say but then you blame the EU for France and Italy's decision to block vaccine shipments. Your obsession with the EU is never ending. The Australian PM says (buried further down your link) "But Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison struck a more measured tone, saying he could understand the reasons for Italy's objection. 'In Italy people are dying at the rate of 300 a day. And so I can certainly understand the high level of anxiety that would exist in Italy and in many countries across Europe,' Morrison told reporters in Sydney. " The death toll in Australia from Covid so far is just 909 people, most of which (820) were in Victoria. In Queensland its just 6 people. Now compare that to the carnage here and in places like France and Italy. Who need the vaccine the most? We were lucky with our vaccine considering it turns out we actually signed our AZ contract a day AFTER the EU signed theirs on the 28th August last year which is just as well as 140000+ are dead here mainly thanks to the total incompetence of this shambolic government.
