webby1 Posted December 14, 2023 Share Posted December 14, 2023 I had taken out a subscription with my credit card some years ago.I received a notification in October that the payment was about to be taken from my card.But I have a new card (with the same company)so I thought I'll let that lapse and buy from Vicarious. Anyway the point is, if you start a DD with a credit card it follows you around and so the payment was taken off my new card.Luckily Vicarious allowed me to cancel and ACSI have cancelled the DD,which only they can do. Not sure if the DD would follow to a new company as both mine were Barclaycards but if they were both just Visa or Mastercard then it might.
