Megs
Hi, we have just purchased an autoroller 694 from auction. Could anyone tell me where the leisure battery is situated?
Keithl
Hi Megs, What year is your Autoroller please? And I have moved your post to a new thread as the one you tagged onto was not really relevant to your question. Keith.

Derek Uzzell
This March 2024 forum thread related to an Auto-Roller 694 (though the build-year was never stated). For that motorhome the leisure battery was mounted beneath the cab passenger seat and I'd expect Auto-Roller to have standardised on that for all their 694 models. Gman
Had to sell our CI Carioca 694,( think it's the same as the autoroller 694) Wife fell and broke her pelvis last year and can't get in now. Anyways have a look under the side skirt behind the passenger door. Hope this helps. Steve.
Derek Uzzell
Your CI Carioca 694 was a 2009 model, but the age of Megs's Auto-Roller 694 is (still) not known. I notice that there is the occasional on-line mention of certain CI motorhomes having their leisure-battery located beneath the vehicle's chassis in some sort of 'sling' arrangement, with the battery being lowered/raised from outside using a wheel-brace type of tool. However, received wisdom (!!!) is that an Auto-Roller's battery is more likely to be beneath a cab seat - which itself is bad enough for access/maintenance, let alone having the battery secreted under the chassis.
