"What was meant to be a celebratory tour of the Midwest on Thursday turned sour for President Donald Trump when he learned federal prosecutors were looking to question his company's longtime financial boss."

"Trump was the real estate titan; Cohen owned a few brick walkups. Trump put his name on buildings; Cohen bought condos in those buildings. Trump wore Brioni suits; Cohen sported Isaia. Trump said “bigly”, Cohen said “big time”. But Cohen’s flattery of his boss went beyond mere imitation. According to multiple people who observed the relationship firsthand, Cohen craved Trump’s approval to an almost filial degree.

It seems like only yesterday ...

... So much butt hurt in one place ... Donald Trump Will Not Be President ... Oops

Excellent video !

Should be compulsory viewing for politicians as a reminder of what can happen when they ignore the concerns of 50% of the electorate.

( i.e. You can end up with Trump as president in the USA - or Brexit in the U.K. )

I see Donald is taking all the credit for the boom in the US economy when in fact due to a global boom it was on the way up before he was inaugurated.

Because of globalisation the big economic blocs tend to move together, simultaneous economic recoveries in Europe, Japan, emerging markets and North America have propelled US companies (who make lots of their money abroad) up along with others, So its Globalisation that has boosted the USA economy although to be fair his tax cuts in certain areas have helped. However his protectionist policies will come back and bite him on the arse eventually as its globalisation that is responsible for the world wide boom. A boom which narrowly saw the UK avoid the predicted recession post Brexit vote.

0.1% growth is as close as you can get to recession really

Borrowing is always less in July

Export figures are good for now because we shot ourselves in the face and crashed the pound.

Of course it matters not one jot as we are all paying for it one way or another. Even you Dave who says he is immune from any Brexit economic difficulties. I presume you have a vehicle which takes Petrol or Diesel. Its shot up in price innit? Why is that do you think?

Anyway. Sorry Antony for spoiling your Donald Shrine. Carry on.
