I see a Ofqual are being threatened with being sued if they don’t cancel the unlawful contracts with firm linked to Bogus Boris’s mates. ....Loooooser.

I wonder if those kids who fail their degrees in about 4 years time and end up 10's of £1000's in debt, will sue their teachers for inflating their exam results? >:-) ............

Nice knit picking Malc ;-) ........

Thanks for the edgermercation :-D .......

But I fear it's a bit late now (lol) (lol) (lol) .........

Interesting to see that you regard anyone explaining facts to you as " knit-picking ".

I can see why you struggled with education.

I reckon all your teachers were given the day off to go down the pub and celebrate when you left school.

;-)

I was rarely at my cr*p school so I doubt they missed me ;-) ..........

Clearly don't have a problem with learning either, as when I did my basic training in the Navy, I came top out of 3 divisions winning the "silver bosuns call" beating all those smart kids with O and A levels B-) .......

So were you in the education trade Malc?.........You do seem to rather defensive of them >:-) .........

Well - I congratulate you - you obviously finally found a subject you could understand.

( Although, I don't know why you would take an exam when you don't believe in them )

1) Shoddy parenting. Today they'd get fined and rightly so.

2) So you won a friggin' whistle that sell on ebay for as little as three quid!! Whoopee-dooo (lol)(lol)

The training couldn't possibly have involved any basic grammar as you still can't string a sentence together that makes sense so that's more of your bullcrap about "beating kids with O and A levels". I expect they tested your ability with a mop and bucket. (lol)(lol)

Over £5 BILLION worth >:-(

To be fair they had to act fast because they left it so late.

https://timeline-of-failure.com/

Which meant the proper stuff had been snapped up by others,

leaving the over-priced crap that everyone else rejected

by the time BoJo took it seriously the world was in full blown crisis

there wasn't always time to put it out to tender

they must have just panicked and grabbed whatever was left - at any price, paying up-front without checking it

But there is no excuse for keeping it secret. >:-)

Which reads "make sure the posh kids get first choice of unis". No?

in other words "make sure non tory voters don't"

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding you John, but just look closely at the fake algorithm rael posted, with my above words in mind. :-)

I won't repeat my views on the University education system again - as I 've explained it to you before.

But, basically, I regard it as a political means of keeping the unemployment figures down - and I regard it as an " Industry ".

So - if you want to call it a " Trade " - or anything else, please go ahead, it doesn't bother me.

;-)

p.s. As you appear to know so much about the University system I'm guessing that you may well have secretly had a position there at some time.

Clearly you don't understand my question so I'll just answer your original, which was :

" So where you a teacher then ?"

Slightly odd way to ask - but the answer is " Nowhere "

Unless he was lecturing in Bullsh*tting or was perhaps nailing up some *curain rail battens in one (* whilst employed as a subbie by his younger, more successful brother ), then the nearest that Parasiteman would've got to a Uni', would've been if the route that the bus he drove took him past one! (lol)

For all his many years of Walter Mitty BS about being a self taught - self-made - yacht owning businessman - nonsense, let's remember that after 10 years(allegedly?) in the navy - which was all done and dusted with by his mid-late 20s anyway - the best job / " trade" he could muster on his own when he left, was driving a bus!! (lol) (lol)

Something he would've probably ("prolly") remained doing if he hadn't have been bailed out by the aforementioned brother... >:-)

Just sayin.... >:-)

Now, now, Pepe. One shouldn't mock the afflicted!

Though, in the case of the self-afflicted, I suppose a little mockery could occasionally be permitted! :-D
