Please read this thread...
You say Hobby Edition but what year and what is the make of the rooflight?
-
What vehicle?
-
Terry,
This is exactly the same question you asked on Friday here
I will lock this thread to keep all answers in one place.

Can you post a photo of the connections on your batteries to show us what you have done?
Also, what make, model, year, etc, is your MH?
Keith.

Perhaps that is what is meant to happen and you have just never noticed it in the past?
-
Which show?
If you are looking at the Southern MH show on 16th to 20th May then advance bookings have closed and payment on the gate is £18 more than pre-booked but there isn't a figure stated!
However, other shows are typically £77 pre-booked for Friday arrival so that will be around £95 on the gate from Friday. Note day of departure is irrelevant in the price.

Have you checked your leisure battery voltage? It sounds like it is either flat or has a blown fuse. Do all the interior 12 volt lights work?

Which is why I was hoping onecal would at least tell us whether he has the Ford Technical Service bulletin he quotes.
I posted a link to that above!

As you have reverted back to your original thread I'll freeze this one to avoid confusion.

FD,
I can see you have a 2010 Bessacarr but which engine do you have?

My concern though is that the car braking system would not be operated, only the two wheels on the dolly. This would mean that the full weight of the car would in effect be pushing the motorhome when braking. Is there any way around this please.
And also only braking two wheels would not be legal!
From gov.uk webpage on A frame towing, 'ALL BRAKES ... MUST OPERATE...' https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/a-frames-and-dollies/a-frames-and-dollies

Stuart,
As well as not being legal on the brake situation a tow dolly is considered a recovery aid only and is then classed as two trailers so brings with it lower speed limits and restrictions on use.
Here is a link to a discussion on UKCampsite.co.uk https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/articles/view.asp?id=18 giving more details.
I think your only answer for an auto car is a full trailer to lift all four wheels off the road.

Hi
I am afraid they do fail regardless of the oil used as it becomes diluted and contaminated with soot, ( regular oil changes are not the norm anymore ) This is well known and Ford have issued a Technical Service Bulletin . The saga goes on and on . At the moment it wouldn't be my choice of motor

Nearest I can find is a recall letter... https://www.arval.nl/sites/default/files/119/2022/07/20B44_Ford.pdf
And the first paragraph...
And having found 20B44 gives more info...

And the bad part...
"At this point the engine will need to be replaced."

^^^ See thread title. A function of the ABS module since the X250 in 2006/7.
Ooops! My bad, I normally look for such detail within the posting or signature.
Sorry @fawlks

@fawlks What year was your Citreon Relay manufactured?
I thought older models (pre ABS) had a small pick up somewhere on the transmission, possibly near one of the driveshafts?

Ask the dealer if they will post a new valve to you for you to get fitted locally?
-
Do you mean what make and model of motorhome body you have or are you looking for more info on the Peugeot Boxer engine and chassis?
If the motorhome part then can you post a photo or two please?
Keith.

According to the gov.uk website you do not need a green card for travel in the EU so you need to educate them accordingly... https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-insurance/driving-abroad

Yes, but a couple of questions have been asked so a reply or two would be nice

Hi Megs,
What year is your Autoroller please?
And I have moved your post to a new thread as the one you tagged onto was not really relevant to your question.

One reason for excessive current is low voltage so check your battery voltage is ok. But as the trip will no longer reset you may need to dig deeper for the cause, can you bypass the trip with an ammeter and actually measure the current being drawn?

The inserts look like rubber rawlplugs, ie a rubber tube with a brass insert in the far end. They compress lenghthways and bulge out behind the panel to secure in place and prevent a leak. I would also guess the screws are stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
