Curtisden
While i am so glad the stickers are coming through I have a very French tale of woe! Applied on the morning of the 2Feb 9am. Scanned the documents all within the required size.(photographer) loved on and filled out the form. They took the full £4.13 straightaway then nothing. On checking there web site I realised I had not had a conformation E Mail some 3 weeks on. Checked the tracking page but it did not recognise my Reg? Nor did I have a order number? E mail via their contact page 7 days ago, no response. Another last night. This morning called there 0033 820 147 700 direct contact number to find it defaults out to a continuous tone and then drops. Oh Well Say La V! Anyone else tried that number. Curtisden
Just another thought with all these stickers. What happens when you need a replacement windscreen? I understand Belgium are about to want one as well.

pagey
yes but with the french being super efficient and that they would have stored your details on a computer so if you need a new screen you just have to email them your reg no and they will send you a new sticker yea right (lol)
spospe
My solution to the broken windscreen problem is the keep the French CRIT-Air sticker in a road-tax disk holder (remember them?). I have done this for over 6 years with a German Umwelt Plakette without any problems and it does dissolve the difficulty caused by replacing the glass. Yes they are, but you don't have to use the sticky, just put it into the tax-disk holder and attach the holder to the windscreen as normal. AndyLou
Hello all, Please help a stupid person out. I have my sticker and it is category 4. Does this mean I am not allowed in the Paris zone? It looks to me like it might be restricted between 8 am and 8 pm. Not sure if that is Mon-Fri or Mon-Sun or if it applies every day? Could somebody out there explain what I can and can't do? Thanks in advance. Andy PS. MH=Bessacarr 3850Kg Diesel 2.8td.

Have a look at the following - it is a little bit 'wordy' but gives you an idea what you can and cannot do. http://urbanaccessregulations.eu/countries-mainmenu-147/france/paris Alan
AndyLou
Thanks for that ALAN. It says Phase 2 From 1 July 2017 Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00: All vehicles need at least Crit'Air sticker 4! I think this means that I can enter Paris with my no. 4 sticker.
