We must be back in the EU!

This sounds like a bribe to the Albanian government so they will do something to curb the influx of Albanians that are attempting to get into the UK. Whats a few million quid going to do? Isnt this kind of what the EU was supposed to do, level up new emerging European economies to bring them up to speed? Wasnt this one of the things the Brexiteers objected to? So we are going to do it even though we are no longer EU members for a country that is aspiring to be in the EU?

How about they do what they said they were going to do and actually take control of our borders? Dropping of hundreds of Albanian blokes in the middle of the night all over Kent to go off on their own to wherever doesn't sound like taking back control.

Perhaps that bribe will prove to be better value than the one we have given Macron? Hopefully once the Tories have brought in our own Human rights bill which trumps the ECHR, then we'll start to see the illegal migrant tide turn. Then migrant lovers like you wont need to put them up.

Oops my mistake, you didn't did you🤣

Was it the ECHR that told the government to let hundreds of Albanian men loose in Kent the other night? Where are they now?  Working on a building site in Huddersfield I imagine.  Last I heard Patel and refused to pay the French anything. How did that work out?

Who said I was a migrant lover?  Genuine refugees are welcome, economic migrants are also welcome if they come through the proper channels as we need them but this is just chaos and that chaos is down to the government and their failure to control our borders. Not the ECHR, not Remainers, not even and you wont accept this of course, Jeremy Corbyn!

So you are denying that the ruling by the ECHR has actively encouraged the illegal migrants?

Absolutely in the case of the Albanians at least.  Whats encouraged them is the loophole they have found in the UK law created by your Sainted Theresa and the fact that the UK has made it easy for them to slip into the black economy or into criminality.  Its appalling as in amongst the chancers there will be people in genuine need of help, particularly women but the Tories have allowed it to get out of control when apparently we "took back control of our borders".

Now it seems their solution is to prop up the Albanian economy! Wow! Thats not very Brexity is it?

If only we had cooperated with the French and paid them a substantial amount of money also to control our borders for us in the first place huh instead of insulting them. Oh well.

I agree that the UK laws that were put in place to prevent modern day slavery are being abused by Socialist Lawyers.

The difference between you and me is I blame the Socialist lawyers for abusing a law that was designed to help victims of slavery, not line the pockets of Socialist Lawyers.

Where as you blame the government, because you have blamed the government for everything since June 2016. Have you thought about getting help?

Can you show me please evidence that shows socialist lawyers are in any way responsible for the huge influx of Albanian migrants?  Can you also explain how socialist Lawyers allowed hundreds of them simply to be dumped in Kent to wander off where they like?  Lets have some actual recent hard evidence, not hearsay or rants from the Sun or the Mail.

The government has the power to revoke or amend laws it created.  So why hasn't it?  By the way that Bill of rights you were on about that you wrongly thought would overwrite the ECHR was binned in September.

Very odd that isn't it?

Are you sure?  The UK was a founder member, and remains a member of, the ECHR.  Our current judge on the international panel is Tim Eicke, and his membership continues until 2025.

The court is the product of the UN Declaration of Human rights and the Council of Europe (which the UK co-founded in 1949 along with the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, France, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Italy and Greece).  The jurisdiction of the court extends across all 46 current member states of the Council.  It is the court of the Council of Europe and has nothing to do with the EU, saving that all EU member states are also members of the Council.  Its role is the enforcement of the European Convention on Human Rights, itself drafted by the Council of Europe.

What exactly do you expect Macron to do?

France is a free democratic republic, not a prison

How can Macron stop people going down to the coast and getting on a boat?

Do you blame Macron for England leaving the EU and throwing away its rights - including the right we had to send the migrants back to France?

Do you blame Macron for England's black economy which is the magnet for illegal immigrants?

Why would we want to stop them coming when they are fitting in so well and repaying the kind hospitality they receive . Its typical of The Mail to pick up on the weapons such as knives they were carrying, the knives were probably just their cutlery as it was evening meal time and a lovely roast beef dinner had been provided before the guys got to play on their Playstations . https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11393125/Riot-police-called-immigration-centre-amid-disturbance-power-cut-sparked-chaos.html

Things have moved on since 1949, it's a shame the ECHR can not keep up.

£120 million so far for Rwanda and not one migrant sent there.

Its money for now't

No wonder other countries are falling over themselves to get on the bandwagon.

I wonder how much of that of the £120 million went to Socialist lawyers fighting the deportation of illegal economic migrants?

It's called "Cause & effect", you should know, seeing as a event 6 years ago has caused you to be so badly effected.

So no evidence then.  Therefore we can deduce that the blame for the thousands of Albanians flooding into the UK lies squarely with the Tory Party.  You would have been on it hours ago otherwise.

The evidence is rocking up on our shores everytime the weather is good Barry999, not that I expect someone as damaged as you by an event that happened 6 years ago to be able recognise it.

So still no evidence from you to back up your claim then. I rest my case.

If you were to examine the facts, you would find that the ECHR has indeed moved on, with successive British governments in full support, since 1949.  Perhaps you should follow their lead?

The anti Brexit nut case rests his case, lets face it Barry999 your powers of reasoning are still severely effected by Brexit🤣

Lets look at the evidence as regards powers of reasoning and being a nutcase.

You still lovingly support the Tories and Boris Johnson, they can do no wrong

You still believe in Brexit

Despite me explaining to you and the ToryGraph and showing you the stats you still think its not the Tories fault they have completely lost control of our borders

I havent supported any of those things and can see clearly that the government have lost control of our borders yet somehow in your eyes, I'm the nutcase. 😂

Why would I want to follow the lead of a institution that puts the human rights of criminals and law breakers in front of those who are law abiding?

Nope, all you can see is everything from COVID to Putin invading Ukraine and everything inbetween is the fault of Brexit and the Tories. As is evident from your numerous posts on the subject, and not forgetting your musick🤣

What a bizarre thing to say. Covid is the fault of Brexit? Putin invading Ukraine is the fault of Brexit?

Have you taken leave of your senses or something? Oh I am sorry, you never had any in the first place. 🤣
