Hi
Yes as Derek has posted use the blink codes to ascertain your fault . The cover is easily removed and if you find it difficult to view the blink codes ,use a small mirror

Just a little confused , sorry Your first post stated four wires, I thought (hence my photo attachment) are the White with red stripe and white with a blue stripe ?
Regards
Hi
I think your model may have a motor on each side which can get operating system out of alignment There was a solution of replacing the motors with up graded four wire ones (wiring and electric modification and new control unit was needed) Make sure first you have no excess weight on the bed on one side, and as Keithl suggests make sure you have good voltage from your battery and wiring and connections are good, Then check to see what kind of motors you have fitted that operate the bed

Hi Derek
Sadly they are not wide enough, The arms of the mirror can be re made if damaged (usally badly bent) and the stick on glass is available as is the housing . A lot with the A.S. Sherbourne ( I think was the same as the Gatcombe) I have dealt with some years ago like them 12.5mm . 1/2 " wider. Easy fabrication and sprayed matt black. Anyway this may help others on here that may have an Auto Sleeper of that vintage
Regards
Hi
Yes they are extended as on the Sherbourne and I think may be still available .

Hi
There are quite a few tents that are copies of same out there. Is yours the 3 person tent that weighs 9lbs approx. So make sure you have an original one. The booklet that comes with the tent should tell you the max wind speed and gusts and correct set up. Many of our motorhomers with young families use them without any issue when travelling on sites. I am told the originals have a 12 month warranty? So if not happy contact the seller for advice. Please note it is known there are copies out there that are not so good
Hi
Hopefully the company that is selling the product should at least as I mentioned in my previous post ,give Arthur a card explanation of the fault codes he requests. I have passed on within our club if anyone has a copy of at least the faults (Troubleshooting guide) that may be contained within the installation guide if one becomes available . Maybe the fault code is simply ( power from engine Battery when engine is on is faulty, Check 20A fuse) I am amazed this information re the fault codes on the panel are so difficult to obtain ,We wait and see if the manufacture gets back to Arthur with same
Regards
Hi
I think the fault codes for same are maybe present in the installation manual ,I personally have not installed that product ,so only going on a heads up from members in our club . I think they may also charge for the installation manual, Sorry for not been able to help more . They should reply to you hopefully with a fault card explanation of fault codes

Hi
Yes I agree , some feedback from "Crossie" would be helpful , with maybe a photo and age of his vehicle, One of the linkages may be broken, disconnected, but without actually seeing it's only a guessing game!

Hi
The O rings may be the only issue Sometimes just lubricating them and repositioning them cures the issue or replacing them with new ones of the same size . Available O rings are available from most good hardware shops or indeed motor factors It may also be a hairline crack due to frost damage , if so maybe replacement may be the best option. For spares https://www.crusaderproducts.co.uk/categories.html?filter_set[]=2172,2187 might be able to help

Hi
I agree Derek, but you still see it going on in some filling stations in France (some turn a blind eye). Yes its very important to have a fixed external filling point on your motorhome and usually (not always) their should be no confrontation in filling same. Make sure you carry the French adapter to fit your filling point.
