Sign up, sign up! :-)

That number of signatories currently exceeds the populations of the following EU states:

Slovakia, Ireland, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, and Malta.

It also exceeds the populations of the following EFTA states: Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland.

It's still rising! I'll keep you posted. :-D

That first link is misleading Barry because the poll isn't about 'campaigning to reach 17.4 million signatures'. The poll is to petition government to debate revoking Article 50 and remain in the EU. They long passed the 100,000 needed for that debate which now has to take place.

Second link is more relevant and it's showing the massive numbers now pouring in in real time.

Eh? The first link is a campaign to try and get the petition to 17.4 million signatures as I said. Andrea Loathsome said they would take notice if it did so the people running that site have risen to the challenge. It wont get that far I am sure but its already making news and the more votes it gets the more influence it will have in the government and parliament.

I don't think it particularly helpful conflating "17 million signatures" with an already running official petition to have A50 revoked and remain EU discussed in parliament. It gives the impression the official petition to revoke A50 requires 17.4 million signatures. It doesn't and never did. Leadsoms comment was purely an attempt at baiting.

Pushing for a second referendum, which some still want, is one thing.....revoking A50 which can still be done, is quite another and thats all the petition is about......nothing at all to do with 17.4 million.

It's already the largest single petition anyway.

It doesnt give that impression at all. It links to the actual petition. Its just a campaign to get more people to sign it following Loathsomes sarcastic comments.

It will to Brexiters....believe me!

Anyway, sadly i see the 77 year old lady who started the petition to revoke A50 and remain EU, has received three death threats by phone, been forced to close down her FB account after it was hacked into, and subjected to a torrent of abuse on social media.

Hopefully the authorities will be investigating and track down the thugs involved to give them the justice they claimed to value so much.

The petitions interactive map is interesting ;-) ........and to my surprise Cambridge and not a London borough takes top prize for having the most rabid Remoaners 8-) ........

That said only 23% of Cambridge constituents have bothered to sign the petition, yet to our so called defenders of democracy on here :-| ..............

That should be enough to revoke article 50 *-) .......

What a pathetic bunch of two faced hypocrites >:-) ..........

Just pointing out that your petition has yet to get a quarter of the constituents in their most Rabid Remoaner heartlands to sign your petition? 8-) ...........

Perhaps the rest of your 14 million Losers cant be ars*d? (lol) ..........

I wasnt going to post this but it is quite funny.

There is a pro Brexit facebook group (I hope its real and not a spoof) called "Britain Bites Back", They had a leave/remain poll and remain won by a landslide, so not happy with the result they got the first time they're running it again and asking only Brexiteer members to vote but the admin can't figure out how to delete the poll and is gradually losing his sh1t. :D "FFS! TEGAN DELETE THIS!" You can still vote in both polls. the comments are well worth a browse through if you have nothing better to do. :D sorry but it is funny.

It's not a ballot you clown. It's a petition to get government to debate revoking A50 and remaining in EU and passed the number of signatures required for that long ago. It must be debated by Parliament now.
