Your post is incorrect in that the bust loaned by Tony B'Liar is not 'owned' by the Ambassador. It is the property, if anyone can claim ownership, of the British Government.There are still those who work in the White House and those in the press who consider Obama removed the bust for other than reasons of 'space available'. In fact the Washington Post says:'Clearly Obama misunderstood the symbolism of removing the bust from the Oval office and was too embarrassed to admit it'.Whatever the background to the story Trump said Churchill would return and it is good to see he has kept yet another promise.
