I have answered the question quoting my experiences that all the waiters havent gone and I dont need an expert for that ... The OP then makes another Hollywood hate claim "and now theres no-one to pull your great british pint", hes not quoting any expert hes telling us what he wants to be true in Hollywood hate world, trouble is in my experience that claim is fairytale hate tosh and I dont need an expert for that either ... Back to the real world and I enjoyed a lovely lunch in Cockermouth today, that place always makes me feel you should live there, no delays, no problem getting food and no problem getting a drink either ... My list is growing weekly of places where I have seen plenty of waiters and never been short of anyone pulling that "great British pint" ... On Thursday we are away to Norfolk for a short 5-6 days so will update as we find ...
